As materials are introduced via the feed inlet, they are gently captured within the slot. The conveyor chain's pulling force then synchronizes movement in a unified direction, enhancing the internal friction and pressure among raw materials. When this friction surpasses the resistance between the materials and the groove wall, the chain movement guides the materials forward. The amplified internal pressure maintains stability among layers, facilitating a continuous, smooth flow. Once the layer height ratio meets optimal parameters, the flow of materials stabilizes, aligning the speed of material transport close to that of the chain, ensuring a constant and reliable discharge from the port.
