Bucket elevators (also called bucket conveyors) are sophisticated continuous conveyors meticulously engineered to vertically transport a diverse array of bulk materials with precision and efficiency.

A bucket elevator boasts a top station, complete with a drive shaft, motor, and gear drive, and a bottom return-end station. The robust steel elevator shafts, guiding the buckets up and down between redirecting stations, are known as 'shafts', 'trunking', or 'bucket elevator legs'.

In a bucket elevator, durable rectangle buckets crafted from steel or plastic are securely fastened to a pulling element that moves in an endless loop. This could be a roller chain (for chain-driven elevators) or a belt (for belt-driven elevators), ensuring continuous and smooth operation.
These expertly designed buckets are consistently loaded with materials using hoppers or chutes. Once filled, they ascend gracefully, depositing their contents into a discharge chute positioned strategically behind the top redirecting station.

Bucket elevators, depending on their width, bucket capacity, and necessary height, can demand significant power. They are capable of achieving impressive heights reaching up to 120 meters.




The bucket elevator is meticulously crafted to align with national standards, utilizing gravity for unloading. Featuring a plate sleeve roller chain as the traction component, it is ideal for transporting materials with a stacking specific gravity below 2 ton/M³, and block sizes of 55, 80, and 110 mm. It can handle material temperatures up to 250 ºC, such as lump coal, gravel, ore, pebble, and more.

The machine boasts an impressive conveying capacity ranging from 16-480 M³/h, with a lifting height reaching up to 120 meters.
