Bucket elevators (also called bucket conveyors) are continuous conveyors employed for the vertical transportation of all varieties of bulk materials, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.

A bucket elevator features a top station equipped with a drive shaft, motor, and gear drive, alongside a bottom return-end station. The robust steel elevator shafts, where the buckets traverse up and down between the redirecting stations, are known as "shafts", "trunking" or "bucket Elevator legs"—providing optimal structural support.

In a bucket elevator, rectangular buckets crafted from durable steel or resilient plastic are affixed to a pulling mechanism that perpetually moves in a loop—utilizing a roller chain in chain-driven bucket elevators or a belt in belt-driven bucket elevators.
These adept buckets are consistently loaded with materials through strategically placed hoppers or chutes. The materials are then seamlessly conveyed upwards and elegantly discharged into a chute positioned behind the top redirecting station.

Depending on the required width, bucket capacity, and the height to be achieved, bucket elevators might necessitate substantial power. The height of a bucket elevator can reach an impressive 120 meters.




Designed and produced in strict accordance with national standards, the bucket elevator benefits from gravity unloading and utilizes a plate sleeve roller chain as its traction component. It is ideal for transporting materials with a stacking specific gravity below 2ton/M³, and accommodates block sizes of 55, 80, and 110 mm. It efficiently handles material temperatures of up to 250 ºC, including materials such as lump coal, gravel, ore, and pebbles.

This machine boasts a remarkable conveying capacity ranging from 16 to 480M³/h, with the capability to elevate materials to a height of up to 120 meters.
