The innovative scraper conveyor operates via a sophisticated mechanism where the transmission energizes the drive sprocket into rotation. This causes the conveyor chain, interlocked with the scrapers, to move seamlessly in tandem with the drive sprocket. As materials are introduced through the feed inlet, they are adeptly captured within the slot. The conveyor chain's pulling force cooperatively aligns in the same trajectory, enhancing internal friction and pressure among the raw materials. This dynamic ensures that when the internal friction surpasses the friction against the groove wall, the materials are progressively driven forward by the conveyor chain's momentum. The elevated internal pressure maintains a balanced state among layers, fostering a uniform flow. Achieving a specific layer height ratio ensures a stable transmission flow, with material velocity closely mirroring the chain speed, thereby assuring the unwavering and steady transfer of materials from the discharge port.
