The conveyor chain's pulling force aligns the materials in one direction, enhancing internal friction and pressure among them. Should the internal friction surpass the friction with the groove wall, the conveyor chain's motion propels the materials forward. The increased internal pressure stabilizes the material layers, ensuring a smooth and continuous flow. When the layer height ratio aligns with specific parameters, the transmission flow remains steady, matching the material speed to the chain speed.
