The ingenious design allows the transmission to drive the sprocket into a seamless rotation, engaging the conveyor chain which meshes perfectly with the drive sprocket, propelling the unit into motion. As materials are introduced via the feed inlet, they are collected within the slot. The remarkable pulling force of the conveyor chain moves in unison, amplifying internal friction and pressure among the raw materials. When friction surpasses that between the material and groove wall, the conveyor chain propels the material forward. This increased internal pressure maintains an equilibrium between layers, thus facilitating a continuous flow. When the layer height ratio aligns with specific conditions, the transmission ensures a steady flow, maintaining material speed comparable to chain speed, resulting in a consistent and reliable transportation of materials from the discharge port.
