The Ingeniously Designed Scraper Conveyor functions with a seamless mechanism: the transmission system propels the drive sprocket into rotation, seamlessly engaging with the conveyor chain and its scrapers. As material enters through the feed inlet, it is gently cradled in a slot, while the conveyor chain's pulling force moves uniformly, increasing internal friction and pressure between the materials. When this friction surpasses the friction with the groove wall, the material is propelled forward by the conveyor chain's motion. The heightened internal pressure maintains equilibrium among layers, fostering a consistent flow. When the layer height ratio aligns with specific parameters, the transmission flow remains stable and the material velocity parallels the speed of the chain, ensuring a continuous and steady conveyance from the discharge port.
