The innovative scraper conveyor, powered by a drive system that rotates the drive sprocket, engages the conveyor chain with its scraper. As materials are introduced at the feed inlet, they are collected into the slot. The pulling force generated by the conveyor chain moves in a synchronized direction, enhancing the internal friction and pressure among the raw materials. This ensures that when the internal friction surpasses that between the material and groove wall, the conveyor chain propels the materials forward. The heightened internal pressure maintains a stable state between layers, facilitating a continuous and uninterrupted flow. With a suitable layer height ratio, the transmission flow stays steady, aligning the material speed closely with the chain speed, guaranteeing a consistent and stable transport from the discharge port.
