Bucket Elevators Experience seamless vertical transportation of bulk materials with our advanced bucket conveyors, also known as bucket elevators.

A bucket elevator features a top station equipped with a powerful drive shaft, motor, and gear drive, along with a bottom return-end station. The robust steel elevator shafts, where buckets glide smoothly up and down between redirecting stations, are referred to as 'shafts', 'trunking', or 'bucket elevator legs'.

Our bucket elevators are engineered with rectangle buckets crafted from durable steel or plastic, attached to a pulling element that moves efficiently in a continuous loop. Choose between roller chains in chain-driven or belts in belt-driven bucket elevators for optimal performance.
Buckets are consistently loaded with material via hoppers or chutes, effortlessly conveying the material upwards and smoothly tipping it into a discharge chute behind the top redirecting station.

The power required by bucket elevators depends on their width, bucket capacity, and the height that must be traversed. They are designed with the capability to reach great heights, climbing up to 120 meters with ease and efficiency.




Crafted in compliance with national standards, our bucket elevator operates with gravity unloading, utilizing a plate sleeve roller chain as its traction component. Ideal for conveying materials with a stacking specific gravity under 2 ton/M³, block sizes of 55, 80, and 110 mm, and material temperatures up to 250 ºC, including lump coal, gravel, ore, pebble, and more.

Our versatile machine offers a remarkable conveying capacity ranging from 16 to 480 M³/h, with a lifting height of up to 120 meters, delivering unmatched efficiency.
