This state-of-the-art conveyor system operates where the transmission drives the drive sprocket to rotate, allowing the conveyor chain, equipped with scrapers, to mesh seamlessly with the drive sprocket. As material enters through the feed inlet, it is efficiently collected in the slot. The conveyor chain's pulling force moves in harmony, increasing the internal friction and pressure between raw materials. This synergy ensures that when internal friction surpasses the friction between the material and groove wall, the material is propelled forward by the conveyor chain's motion. The augmented internal pressure maintains a stable state between layers, fostering a consistent flow. When the layer height ratio aligns with specific conditions, the transmission flow remains stable, aligning the material speed closely with the chain speed. This results in a smooth, continuous, and stable transport of material from the discharge port.
