Introducing the scraper conveyor, a hallmark of efficiency and innovation. This ingenious piece of machinery operates by utilizing a transmission system that drives the sprocket into rotation. The conveyor chain, outfitted with scrapers, effectively meshes with the sprocket, initiating a synchronized movement. As materials are introduced through the feed inlet, they settle into the conveyance slot. Powered by the pulling force of the conveyor chain, these materials are propelled forward as the increased internal friction and pressure between them solidifies. When the internal friction surpasses the friction against the groove wall, the material is seamlessly driven forward by the conveyor's motion. The augmented internal pressure maintains a harmonious balance between the material layers, fostering a continuous and uninterrupted flow. When the height of the material layer meets specific conditions, the transmission flow achieves optimal stability, synchronizing the material speed with the chain speed, ensuring a consistent and uniform discharge from the outlet.
