As materials enter via the feed inlet, they settle into the slot, propelled by the conveyor chain's pulling force moving in harmony. This dynamic movement boosts internal friction and pressure between raw materials. Once this internal friction surpasses that of the groove wall, the material is efficiently driven forward by the conveyor chain. An increased internal pressure guarantees a stable arrangement among the layers, facilitating a continuous material flow. When the layer height ratio aligns with defined conditions, the transmission flow stabilizes, matching the material speed to the chain speed. Consequently, materials are transported from the discharge port in a continuous and stable manner.
