The robust and efficient scraper conveyor operates through a sophisticated mechanism where the transmission system drives the drive sprocket to rotate. The conveyor chain, equipped with scrapers, engages seamlessly with the drive sprocket, propelling the entire system into motion. As materials are introduced through the feed inlet, they settle gracefully into the slot. The conveyor chain's pulling force guides the material in a singular direction, enhancing internal friction and pressure among raw materials. When this friction surpasses that between the materials and the groove wall, the motion of the conveyor chain propels them forward. The augmented internal pressure maintains a stable layer structure, facilitating a continuous flow. Achieving the optimal layer height ensures that transmission flow remains steady, aligning the material speed closely with the chain speed. Consequently, materials are transported from the discharge port with remarkable consistency and stability.
