As materials are introduced through the feed inlet, they are received gracefully into the slot. The remarkable pulling force of the conveyor chain moves in harmony, enhancing the internal friction and pressure between raw materials. When this dynamic friction surpasses that between the material and groove wall, the conveyor chain propels the material forward. The increased internal pressure reinforces a stable inter-layer state, cultivating a seamless, continuous flow. When the ratio of layer height aligns with specified conditions, the flow stabilizes, ensuring material speed synchronizes with chain speed, allowing for the smooth and consistent transportation of materials from the discharge port.
