The innovative scraper conveyor at the heart of our operations is a marvel of engineering. Its sophisticated transmission system powers the drive sprocket to initiate rotation. As the conveyor chain, equipped with robust scrapers, interlocks with the drive sprocket, it gracefully moves material along. Upon introduction at the feed inlet, materials are securely received into the slot. Here, the conveyor chain exerts a pulling force, propelling materials forward. The compelling internal friction and pressure between raw materials increase significantly; when this friction surpasses that between the material and groove wall, the conveyor chain ensures steady advancement. The heightened internal pressure guarantees stability among material layers, thus fostering a continuous flow. When the layer height ratio is ideal, the transmission flow remains stable, aligning material speed closely with the chain speed for seamless, continuous transportation from the discharge port.
