Bucket elevators Also known as bucket conveyors, these sophisticated systems are continuous conveyors skillfully engineered to vertically transport a wide array of bulk materials with unmatched efficiency.

A bucket elevator features a top station equipped with a robust drive shaft, powerful motor, and precision gear drive, along with a bottom return-end station. The durable steel elevator shafts, which facilitate the upward and downward movement of buckets between the redirecting stations, are commonly referred to as 'shafts', 'trunking', or 'bucket elevator legs'.

In a bucket elevator, resilient rectangular buckets, crafted from steel or high-quality plastic, are meticulously attached to a pulling element that operates in a seamless continuous loop, either as a chain in chain-driven models or a belt in belt-driven models.
These efficiently designed buckets are continuously loaded with materials via hoppers or chutes. The materials are then conveyed upwards with precision and tipped effortlessly into a discharge chute strategically positioned behind the top redirecting station.

Depending on their comprehensive width, bucket capacity, and the required height, these elevators can demand significant power. The impressive bucket elevator can ascend to remarkable heights of 120 meters.




Engineered and manufactured to national standards, the bucket elevator utilizes gravity for unloading and features a plate sleeve roller chain as the traction component. It's ideal for transporting materials with a stacking specific gravity of less than 2 ton/M³ and block sizes of 55, 80, and 110 mm, handling material temperatures up to 250 ºC, such as lump coal, gravel, ore, and pebbles.

This machine boasts a conveying capacity of 16-480 M³/h, with an impressive lifting height reaching up to 120 meters.
