Bucket elevators (also called bucket conveyors) are continuous conveyors used to vertically convey all kinds of bulk materials with seamless precision.

A bucket elevator features a top station equipped with a drive shaft, motor, and gear drive, along with a bottom return-end station. The robust steel elevator shafts, where buckets glide smoothly between redirecting stations, are known as "shafts", "trunking", or "bucket elevator legs".

In a bucket elevator, durable rectangle buckets crafted from either steel or high-grade plastic are affixed to a pulling element that operates in a seamless continuous loop, such as a roller chain (in chain-driven bucket elevators) or a belt (in belt-driven bucket elevators).
These buckets are continually loaded with material through hoppers or chutes. The material is elegantly conveyed upwards and gently tipped into a discharge chute beyond the top redirecting station.

Depending on the overall width, bucket capacity, and vertical height required, bucket elevators may necessitate significant power. A bucket elevator can soar to remarkable heights of up to 120 meters.




Designed and manufactured in strict accordance with national standards, the bucket elevator unloads by gravity. It employs a plate sleeve roller chain as the traction component, perfect for conveying materials with a stacking specific gravity below 2 ton/M³ and block sizes of 55, 80, and 110 mm. Ideal for transporting materials with temperatures up to 250 ºC, such as lump coal, gravel, ore, pebbles, and more.

This machine boasts a superb conveying capacity ranging from 16 to 480 m³/h, with an impressive lifting height reaching up to 120 meters.
