The bucket elevator system is ingeniously engineered with a durable top station featuring an efficient drive shaft, motor, and gear drive, complemented by a robust bottom return-end station. The solid steel elevator shafts, often referred to as 'shafts', 'trunking', or 'bucket elevator legs', ensure the smooth transition of buckets between redirecting stations, enhancing operational reliability.

Our advanced bucket elevator features rectangular buckets made from premium steel or robust plastic, securely attached to a continuous pulling element. Depending on the model, this can be a roller chain in chain-driven setups or a belt in belt-driven configurations, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in material handling.
These cleverly engineered buckets are continuously filled with materials through strategically positioned hoppers or chutes, guaranteeing efficient upward transportation and precise discharge into a chute located beyond the top redirecting station.

The energy requirements for our bucket elevators can vary greatly, influenced by operational width, bucket capacity, and elevation height. Our elevators can achieve impressive heights of up to 120 meters.




Our bucket elevators are meticulously crafted in compliance with national standards, utilizing gravity for unloading. The robust plate sleeve roller chain as the traction component makes them ideal for materials with a stacking specific gravity of less than 2 ton/m³. They effectively accommodate block sizes of 55, 80, and 110 mm and manage materials with temperatures up to 250ºC, such as lump coal, gravel, ore, and pebbles, with ease.

This powerful machine offers a remarkable conveying capacity ranging between 16-480M³/h, capable of achieving an outstanding lifting height of up to 120 meters, making it a leader in vertical conveying solutions.
