When materials are introduced at the feed inlet, they are expertly captured in the slot. The pulling force exerted by the conveyor chain propels it forward, enhancing the internal friction and pressure between the raw materials. This increased internal friction, surpassing the frictional resistance between the material and the groove wall, ensures that materials are driven forward by the chain's movement. The heightened internal pressure establishes a robust and stable inter-layer connection, facilitating a consistent and continuous material flow. When the layer height aligns with specific conditions, the transmission flow remains stable, ensuring the material speed closely matches the chain speed. Consequently, materials are transported continuously and stably from the discharge port, achieving a seamless flow.
