The pulling force of the conveyor chain ensures movement in a unified direction, thereby intensifying the internal friction and pressure among the raw materials. Once this friction surpasses that between the material and the groove wall, an impressive forward motion is achieved, driven by the chain's movement. The enhanced internal pressure maintains a consistent and stable equilibrium between the layers, facilitating a smooth, continuous flow. When the layer height ratio aligns with specific conditions, the transmission flow achieves remarkable stability, with material speed nearly equivalent to chain speed.
