The state-of-the-art scraper conveyor operates through a sophisticated mechanism where the transmission propels the drive sprocket into rotation. This seamless interaction ensures that the conveyor chain, equipped with the scraper, meshes expertly with the drive sprocket, initiating movement. As material is introduced through the feed inlet, it is gracefully captured in the slot. The pulling force exerted by the conveyor chain advances in tandem, enhancing internal friction and pressure between the raw materials. Once the friction surpasses the resistance between the material and groove wall, the materials are propelled forward by the conveyor chain's motion. This increased internal pressure maintains equilibrium between layers, fostering a continuous flow. When the height ratio of these layers aligns with specified conditions, a stable transmission flow is achieved, with material speed harmonizing with chain speed. This results in the uninterrupted and steady transport of materials from the discharge port.
