The robust and efficient scraper conveyor operates by using a powerful transmission system that expertly rotates the drive sprocket. This action engages the conveyor chain, which is equipped with scrapers, seamlessly meshing with the drive sprocket to initiate movement. As materials are introduced via the feed inlet, they are effectively collected in a designated slot. The pulling force of the conveyor chain then propels these materials in unison, enhancing internal friction and pressure among the materials. When the internal friction surpasses that between the materials and the groove wall, the materials are driven forward by the synchronized movement of the conveyor chain. This increased internal pressure maintains a stable state between the layers, fostering a continuous and smooth flow. When the height of the layers achieves an optimal ratio, a stable transmission flow is guaranteed, aligning the material speed closely with the chain speed. Consequently, materials are transported continuously and stably from the discharge port, ensuring impeccable delivery every time.
