Bucket elevators (also called bucket conveyors) are continuous conveyors that provide an efficient solution for vertically transporting a diverse range of bulk materials.

An innovative bucket elevator features a robust top station complete with a drive shaft, motor, and gear drive, along with a bottom return-end station. The durable steel elevator shafts, where the buckets ascend and descend between redirection stations, are commonly termed as "shafts", "trunking," or "bucket elevator legs."

In the sophisticated design of a bucket elevator, rectangle buckets crafted from steel or plastic are securely attached to a pulling element that operates in a seamless continuous loop, utilizing either a roller chain for chain-driven models or a belt for belt-driven models.
These efficient buckets are continuously filled with material through hoppers or chutes, conveying the load upwards to be gracefully tipped into a discharge chute positioned beyond the top redirecting station.

With a design that factors in width, bucket capacity, and the necessary vertical height, bucket elevators may demand substantial power input. The impressive height potential of a bucket elevator extends up to 120 meters.




Designed and manufactured to meet national standards, the bucket elevator ensures efficient gravity unloading. It employs a sturdy plate sleeve roller chain as the traction component, ideal for materials with a stacking specific gravity under 2 tons/m³, and accommodating block sizes of 55, 80, and 110 mm. It effectively handles material temperatures up to 250 ºC, making it perfect for transporting items such as lump coal, gravel, ore, pebble, and more.

Boasting a conveying capacity of 16-480M³/h, this bucket elevator can achieve lifting heights reaching up to 120 meters, ensuring optimal performance for a range of industrial applications.
