The Scraper Conveyor is engineered with precision, where the transmission efficiently drives the drive sprocket into rotation. This innovative system ensures the conveyor chain, equipped with a robust scraper, meshes seamlessly with the drive sprocket, facilitating smooth movement. As material enters from the feed inlet, it settles into the slot, where the conveyor chain's pulling force aligns the movement direction, enhancing the internal friction and pressure among the materials. When this friction surpasses that between the material and the groove wall, the materials are propelled forward, guided by the conveyor chain's motion. The increased internal pressure maintains a stable layer state, promoting a continuous flow. When the layer height ratio reaches optimal conditions, the transmission flow stabilizes, with the material speed matching the chain speed, ensuring a seamless and continuous transfer of materials from the discharge port.
