The innovative scraper conveyor operates seamlessly as the transmission system drives the sturdy drive sprocket into action. This, in turn, causes the conveyor chain, fitted with rugged scrapers, to engage with the sprocket and initiate motion. As materials are introduced into the feed inlet, they settle into the slot. Driven by the powerful pulling force of the conveyor chain, these materials begin to move in unison. The internal friction and pressure between the raw materials significantly increase, and when this friction surpasses that between the materials and the groove wall, the conveyor chain smoothly propels the materials forward. A heightened internal pressure maintains a uniform state across layers, facilitating a continuous and smooth flow. When the layer height aligns with specific criteria, the transmission flow remains stable, with material velocity closely matching the chain speed. Consequently, materials are seamlessly and consistently conveyed from the discharge port, ensuring optimal transport conditions.
