Bucket Elevators (also called bucket conveyors) are sophisticated continuous conveyors adept at vertically transporting a diverse range of bulk materials.

A bucket elevator features a top station equipped with a drive shaft, motor, and gear drive, along with a bottom return-end station. The robust steel elevator shafts, which facilitate the vertical movement of buckets between these redirecting stations, are known as "shafts," "trunking," or "bucket elevator legs."

In a bucket elevator, rectangle buckets, crafted from durable steel or high-quality plastic, are securely affixed to a pulling element that operates in a seamless continuous loop, utilizing either a roller chain for chain-driven bucket elevators or a belt for belt-driven systems.
These ingeniously designed buckets are continuously loaded with materials through hoppers or chutes. Once loaded, the materials are efficiently conveyed upwards and elegantly tipped into a discharge chute located just behind the top redirecting station.

Depending on their overall width, bucket capacity, and the required height, bucket elevators can demand substantial power. These elevators boast impressive heights, reaching up to 120 meters.




The bucket elevator is meticulously crafted and engineered in line with national standards, utilizing gravity for unloading. Featuring a robust plate sleeve roller chain as the traction component, it is perfectly suited for conveying materials with a stacking specific gravity of less than 2ton/M³, including block sizes of 55, 80, and 110 mm. Capable of handling material temperatures up to 250 ºC, it is ideal for transporting materials like lump coal, gravel, ore, and pebbles.

This machine boasts a notable conveying capacity ranging from 16-480M³/h, and can achieve impressive lifting heights of up to 120 meters.
