Bucket Elevators Also known as bucket conveyors, these continuous conveyors are expertly designed to vertically transport all kinds of bulk materials with efficiency and ease.

A bucket elevator is equipped with a top station featuring a drive shaft, motor, and gear drive, along with a bottom return-end station. The structure where the buckets move up and down is referred to as 'shafts', 'trunking', or 'bucket elevator legs', offering robust and reliable operation.

Rectangle buckets, crafted from either steel or durable plastic, are attached to a pulling element that operates in a seamless loop—either a roller chain for chain-driven elevators or a belt for belt-driven elevators.
These buckets are consistently loaded with materials through hoppers or chutes, then conveyed upwards to efficiently tip the contents into a discharge chute positioned behind the top redirecting station.

Depending on the width, bucket capacity, and the elevation required, bucket elevators might demand substantial power. They are capable of reaching impressive heights of up to 120 meters.




Designed and manufactured in compliance with national standards, the bucket elevator features gravity unloading and uses a plate sleeve roller chain for traction. Perfect for transporting materials with a stacking specific gravity of less than 2 ton/M³ and block sizes of 55, 80, and 110 mm. Suitable for materials like lump coal, gravel, ore, and pebbles, withstanding temperatures up to 250 ºC.

The machine boasts a conveying capacity ranging from 16 to 480 M³/h, with a remarkable lifting height capability of up to 120 meters.
