Our advanced Scraper Conveyor operates with precision, where the transmission system powers the drive sprocket, seamlessly synchronizing with the conveyor chain and attached scrapers. As materials are introduced through the feed inlet, they are gently guided into the slot. The conveyor chain's pulling force directs the movement, enhancing the internal friction and pressure between materials. When this friction surpasses the resistance between the materials and the groove wall, it propels them forward in harmony with the conveyor chain. The resulting increased internal pressure secures a consistent state between layers, facilitating a continuous flow. Once the height-to-layer ratio reaches optimal conditions, the flow stabilizes, aligning the material speed closely with the chain's pace, thus ensuring a steady and uninterrupted transportation process from the discharge port.
