The ingenious scraper conveyor operates through a highly efficient mechanism where the transmission system powers the drive sprocket to rotate seamlessly. The conveyor chain, adorned with scrapers, meshes perfectly with the drive sprocket, facilitating synchronized movement. As material is introduced through the feed inlet, it settles into the slot, and the relentless pulling force of the conveyor chain propels it forward. This movement heightens the internal friction and pressure within the raw materials. Once the internal friction surpasses that between the material and the groove wall, the conveyor chain's motion drives the material forward. The increased internal pressure maintains a consistent state between the layers, enabling a smooth, continuous flow. Provided the layer height ratio aligns with specific parameters, the transmission flow remains stable, ensuring the material's velocity matches the chain speed. This guarantees a steady and uninterrupted material transfer from the discharge port, enhancing operational efficiency.
