As the conveyor chain interlocks seamlessly with the drive sprocket and proceeds to move, material introduced from the feed inlet is collected within the slot. Subsequently, the conveyor chain's pulling force propels the material in a unified direction. The resulting increase in internal friction and pressure among raw materials surpasses the interface friction between the materials and the groove wall, ensuring they are propelled forward in harmony with the conveyor chain's motion. The augmented internal pressure sustains a stable interaction between the material layers, facilitating a seamless, continuous flow. When the height ratio of the material layers attains optimal conditions, the transmission flow remains steady, aligning the material speed closely with the chain speed.
