The conveyor chain exerts a pulling force, aligning the materials in the movement's direction. This mechanism heightens internal friction and pressure among the raw materials. Once the internal friction surpasses that between the materials and the groove wall, the entire load is gracefully driven forward by the conveyor chain. The augmented internal pressure maintains a stable layer, fostering a continuous flow. When the layer height ratio aligns with specified conditions, the flow becomes remarkably stable, and the material velocity matches the chain speed, ensuring a continuous, stable transport from the discharge port.
