Our state-of-the-art scraper conveyor operates with seamless precision, where the transmission system powers the drive sprocket, engaging the conveyor chain and its scraper. As materials are fed in through the inlet, they settle into the groove, where the dynamic pulling force of the conveyor chain drives them in sync. The internal friction and pressure between the materials increase, ensuring a cohesive and stable flow. When this internal friction surpasses the resistance between the materials and the groove wall, the forward motion is maintained by the conveyor chain, which guarantees a consistent and uninterrupted flow. As the optimal layer height ratio is achieved, the transmission flow stabilizes, aligning the material speed with the chain speed, thus enabling a constant, smooth transportation from the discharge point.
